Where the site is
The ward or nearest landmark is enough to start. CGWA assessment depends on which notified area the site falls in, so location is the first thing we check.
How much water you need
Cubic metres per day, or a rough idea of flats, beds, or staff. Permitted draw is the number the whole application turns on.
Whether a bore already exists
An existing borewell means a renewal or regularisation rather than a fresh NOC, which is a different route with different paperwork.
