A site often needs more than one of these. They are separate applications to separate offices, and doing them in the wrong order costs time.
CGWA

Water Authority
Permission to extract groundwater, and proof you are staying within it
CGWA governs extraction in notified areas. It wants hydrogeological evidence before approval and metered reporting afterwards, so the survey, the application and the meter belong to one continuous obligation.
BMC
MGSDA
Municipal &
state groundwater
Permission to put a hole in the ground
A different question from whether you may draw water. BMC grants permission to dig within municipal limits; MGSDA licenses groundwater development under Maharashtra regulation. A site may need these and a CGWA NOC.
MCGM
Greater Mumbai
municipal supply
Piped supply from the mains
Nothing to do with groundwater, and no CGWA NOC involved. Properties often pursue this alongside a bore so the two together cover demand.

Airport Authority of India approval for construction near airports, assessed against aerodrome zoning regulations.
Fire NOC
Fire Department approval against National Building Code fire-safety standards.

Municipal approval covering waste segregation, collection, processing and disposal.
Assessment tax consultancy
Property tax assessment verification, objection filing, and record updates.
Water audit & monitoring
Water-usage audits and groundwater monitoring reports, generally for CGWA compliance.
Environmental impact assessment
EIA reports for projects requiring environmental clearance.
How a CGWA NOC gets issued

Pre-application guidance
Feasibility check before you spend anything. If the site cannot clear, you hear it here.

Hydrogeological study, site records, and the full CGWA document set assembled.

Application submission
Filed online and lodged with the CGWA regional office handling your district.

Follow-up & approval
We answer queries and clarifications from the authority until the NOC is issued.

Renewals, compliance reporting, and the telemetry readings CGWA expects.
